The Knarsdale Estate is situated at the North Western end of the Pennines in very close proximity to several other renowned moors including Whitfield, Garrigill, East and West Allenheads and Croglin. The Knarsdale Estate extends to approximately 17,000 acres, thereby providing the ability for teams of guns to be offered shooting throughout the week without covering the same ground twice.
The Estate is managed by JM Osborne Rural & Sporting, and has seen significant improvements in recent years, leading to it now being renown as one of the premier grouse moors in the country. Not only does Knarsdale offer teams an impressive consistency of grouse shooting, but it is also recognised for its exciting and challenging shooting due to its high and varying topography.
The Estate also benefits from five star on site accommodation at Knarsdale Hall, which sits on the edge of the moor, making for the ideal base for any team shooting on the Estate.
Knarsdale Estate is a well-recognised name and for good reason, while availability to shoot at Knarsdale is rare, we are fortunate to operate as the Estate’s exclusive partners in their grouse shooting letting programme. Therefore, if grouse shooting at Knarsdale is of interest to you, please do not hesitate to be in touch with a member of our team.
