Tregoyd offers high Pheasant and Partridge shooting with impressive accommodation, located directly under the Black Mountains, just a few miles from Hay-On-Wye.

This stunning shoot is set amongst 3,000 acres of breath-taking countryside between the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons, which provides fantastic shooting topography. The estate consists of steep rolling grass banks and deep valleys. Whether your preference is for challenging high and fast partridges or pheasants towering high over impressive woodland, Tregoyd has it all. On arrival, coffee is served in the comfortable shoot lodge and pegs are drawn for the day. The aim is to be on pegs for the first drive by 9.30-10 am and teams normally shoot three drives in the morning and one following lunch. Refreshments are enjoyed between drives, and guns return to the shoot lodge for drinks and a hearty lunch in the middle of the day.
