Based in Banbury, Oxfordshire

We are looking for someone to join our group of businesses, working as PA to the Managing Director. We are seeking a hardworking, loyal and highly organised individual who enjoys work associated with the countryside to join our small team/s.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within an audio secretarial/administrative role. Day-to-day responsibilities will include;

  • • Extensive diary management and organisation of the MD and the Land Agency team
  • • Review of communications into the office (to include by post, email, etc.)
  • • Organisation and/or reorganisation of the office paperwork as required (filing, record keeping)
  • • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
  • • Audio & copy typing for Directors and/or Assistants
  • • Secretarial/administrative duties as required
