We are best known as the leading firm of Sporting Land Agents in the Country. We are involved in a very wide range of Sporting Consultancy including; Shoot Analysis, Sale, Purchase & Letting, Sporting Employment, Sporting Management & Valuations and Stewardship Integration.
JM Osborne Rural & Sporting are heavily involved in all aspects of Rural management. This work includes the Purchase and Management of Farms and Estates, Forestry, Grants and Subsides, Rural Diversification, Property Management and Employment Issues. In addition, we are involved in Professional work including Valuations, Compulsory Purchase and Compensation, Conflict Resolution, Probate and Inheritance Tax Planning, Litigation Support, Expert Witness work and the management of other Rural Property.
The Job Description:
The role encompasses all aspects of Rural and Sporting management work. The applicant must be very flexible in their approach to their day to day work, and want to gain excellent Land Agency, Rural Surveying and general business experience.
