Crag Estate

Crag Estate is located in the Peak District National Park on the boundary of Derbyshire, Cheshire, and Staffordshire and is recognised as the most southerly grouse moor in the UK. This stunning and highly exclusive grouse moor extends to almost 6,500 acres and has a shooting history dating back for over 200 years.

Crag Moor is capable of hosting two days back to back shooting over a stunning variation of drives. The Estate is divided into two main beats, these being the Home Beat and The Goyt. These two beats provide a wide variety of shooting from lines of traditional stone sunken butts, to gulley drives which provide high driven birds of an extremely testing nature.

Any team shooting at Crag will benefit from the fantastic hospitality on offer at the exclusive Crag Hall. The Hall, which was originally built in 1796, is extremely comfortable and boasts 14 bedrooms less than half a mile from the heather moorland in a lovely secluded location.
